Use of ‘I can’t help’ in Spoken English

This phrase is the contraction of ‘I cannot help’ and is used in spoken english when you are unable to control, avoid or stop habitual things which may be good ones or bad ones. It is generally followed by present participle form of the verb( i.e, ing form of the verb ).

Basic Syntax : (I can’t help + Present Participle Form of Verb)
